WSBAK in partnership with Bhawani Marketing Pvt Ltd initiated an HSRT (Hunar se Rozgar Tak) programme which is sponsored by Ministry of Tourism (MOT).
The programme offers Tourism and Hospitality management training under the trade F&B Service Assistant. It aims at targeting persons with not much means and in need of skills to acquire employment.
The programme offers free training, inclusive of free food and lodge, and 100% placement at renowned properties. The centre has trained 60 trainees and placed them successfully. Currently there are two active batches (30 trainees in each batch) undergoing intense training both theory and practical.
The other perks of this training are – the students are given basic English and soft skills classes that focuses on cultivating personal life skills such as self-reflection, critical thinking, problem solving and interpersonal skills. The training course is for 240 hrs and the eligibile criteria is-
